Q – Where are you located?
A - I am located in a Professional Building in Livonia, Michigan (no flashing Psychic sign on my roof!). All appointments are by appointment only.

Q – I just booked my appointment and haven’t received a confirmation yet.
A – Please give me at least 24 hours to reply with a confirmation. You can also check the calendar to see if your name was added. It is unfortunate that I do need to sleep once in awhile. I am trying to figure out how to add more time to my day, but that hasn’t yet happened!
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. No refunds will be given for skipped or missed appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes later for your appointment, it will be noted as 'missed'.
You may re-schedule your appointment as I understand that emergencies happen, however I appreciate ample time and no less than 24 hours.
Q. What if I don't want to use PayPal?
A. You may pay through Money Order by sending to Kristy at: Kristy Robinett, O'Hara Building, 39293 Plymouth Road, Livonia, MI 48150. Payment must be received within 4 days of your appointment. If it isn't, your time and date slot may be taken.
Q. What happens after I pay for an appointment?
A. Once payment has been received, a confirmation email will go out and your first name will be added to the Online Calendar
Q. What if I don't want my first name on the calendar?
A. Email Kristy at kristy@tangledwishes.com and let her know an alternate or nickname that you would like to use instead. Q – Are readings kept confidential?
A – Absolutely! Because I value confidentiality, your identity or reason behind your visit will ever be discussed!
Q – What is your payment policy?
A - All appointments are booked in advance and paid through PayPal before the date of the appointment UNLESS you email Kristy at Kristy@tangledwishes.com and make arrangements with her at the time the appointment is scheduled. If you do not do this, your time and date slot make be taken.
Q – Can I stop seeing my therapist if I am seeing you?
A - A reading is not a replacement or a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
